Job Description

ISB AM LLC is a young company established in Yerevan in 2019 who develops technology related to industrial machinery safety equipment.

We are searching for candidates able to design and produce electronic products to satisfy the requirements of the corresponding safety standards.

Training and learning new technologies is an important part of this job.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluates new technologies

• Reads, analyses and understand european safety standards as required (i.e. IEC 61508 and others)

• Understand and create schematic circuits and PCB layouts

• Conducts experimental hardware and software tests and evaluates results

• Develop embedded software in C, C++

• Conducts software test procedures, develops and executes test cases

• Build, test and modify product prototypes and all related activities

• Helps with and/or conducts training of new hires and coworkers as required

• Prepares work related reports and ISO quality reports as required

• Participates in review meetings with colleagues in Yerevan and Montreal

• Travel outside of Armenia may be required in the future

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics

• Experience in developing and designing embedded hardware

• Proficiency in C and C++ for writing embedded software

• Knowledge of other relevant languages for writing embedded software is a plus

• Experience programming in Linux and preferably good knowledge of Linux administration

• Experience working with Sofware Repositories

• Familiarity with Infineon processors is a plus

• Knowledge or experience in basic mechanical design is a plus

• Excellent English language skills (written and oral)

• Team player attitude is critically required

• Working hours may have to accommodate meetings with people located in Montreal, Canada
